Returns & Refund
If you receive the wrong or damaged item, we are happy to offer a free return within 15 days of delivery. Simply contact our customer service team and we will provide you with a return label. Once we receive your return, we will process your refund or exchange your item for a new one. NOTE: returned items need to be send back in original packaging with all tags, barcodes, invoice, etc. The item should be unused and in the original condition.

At Drita e Elires, we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. We will process your refund within 5 business days. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to reflect in your bank statement. Thank you for trusting us with your candle needs!

Cancellation: We understand that sometimes things change and you may need to cancel an order. Please be aware that once your order is placed, you have 12 hours to cancel or make any changes. After that time, orders cannot be cancelled or altered. Once an order is packed or shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please review your order carefully before submitting it to ensure it is exactly what you want.

Please note: We cannot process refunds for orders that were shipped to the wrong delivery address due to customer error. However, if there are any other issues with your order, please contact us and we will do our best to resolve the issue in a timely manner.
